Since conditions and individuals are unique, the healing time will vary. Furthermore, your dedication, commitment, and progress will also affect the healing time.
Yes! While the changes are gradual using my approach, they will remain permanent if maintenance instructions are followed through. For instance, there are countless diet plans out there, that have gained popularity due to the quick results; however, most are temporary, vary greatly from person to person, and do not tackle the core problem that is rooted underneath. This leads many individuals to feel hopeless as they keep trying various diets and deprive themselves from foods they enjoy. The MSB approach will be the last thing you will ever need to try.
Healthy living is a process and is not a sprint in the race of life. Healthy living is about being able to fail but get up and keep going until failure is no longer an option.
While I will provide you with sample recipes and exercise ideas, my goal is to equip you with the knowledge and tools required to be able to take control of your life and confidently make daily decisions that will support a well-balanced lifestyle, which will result in optimal health.
While some providers offer 1-size-fits-all plans, the effectiveness and results will vary because each person and each case are unique and therefore must be treated accordingly. Further, since each person’s personality, childhood, life experiences, and the way they experience their symptoms are unique, healing requires an individualized holistic approach that takes that into account.
Treating a set of isolated symptoms does not target the root cause of the issue and therefore the results will be temporary. Using a holistic approach that takes into account the individual circumstances and targets the source of the problem through changes in lifestyle and not just solution or treatment will fix issue and yield long term results.

I incorporate Eastern, Western, and Rambam based healing philosophies as well as emotional, mental, and spiritual elements in tailoring a program designed specifically for you to achieve your goals by targeting the root cause. I will walk you through, educate, give you tools and instil confidence in making healthy decisions independently, and teach you how to take control of your own health.
Thankfully, the body is quite resilient to our destruction and it has the blueprint and ability for self-healing any condition that threatens it. It is all about pushing the right buttons at the right time. In about seven years your body essentially replaces each organ, bone and even the nervous system, so take care of it and it will take care of you.
